The UTAS 516 boasts a range of features that contribute to its exceptional performance. Its upper and lower receiver are crafted from 7075-T6 aluminum and treated with a Type III hard coat anodized finish, ensuring durability and resistance to wear. The 16″ chrome-lined barrel with a 1:7 twist and 1/2×28 thread provides reliable accuracy and compatibility with a variety of muzzle devices. The rifle is equipped with a 14.8″ free float handguard featuring a full-length upper rail, allowing for easy attachment of accessories and optics.
