Placing an order with us
Each order placed for products through the site that we accept, results in a separate binding agreement between you and Delta Mike ltd for the supply of those products.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that a contract has been made between us.
We will take payment from you when we accept your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will refund your payment to the account it originated from and advise you that the goods are no longer available.
An order is placed on our website by adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you can print as a receipt of your order. We will then email you with confirmation that your order has been received.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any orders.

For security purposes certain transactions may require proof of identification.
Ownership, Delivery and Delivery Charges
When your order leaves our premises, ownership passes to you.
We deliver to New Zealand physical addresses ONLY – we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.
Our freight suppliers in New Zealand are:
For courier parcels – Fastway Couriers
North Island – please allow up to 4 working days, plus an extra 2-3 days for rural deliveries.
South Island – please allow up to 3 working days plus an extra 2-3 days for rural deliveries.
Dangerous Goods Ammunition class 1.4s – please allow up to 7 days as these goods are restricted freight. No rural deliveries.
By placing your order, you are accepting that these companies will be responsible for carrying your goods.
Please note for your protection that a signature is required for all deliveries. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have left our premises.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact Fastway Couriers on 07-348-0677 within 5 business days with your tracking number. They will cover your loss in the event of non-delivery or damage either by reimbursing you or arranging for us to replace the goods.
You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package. You can track your order by entering the tracking number emailed to you in the dispatch email, into the Fastway web site.
Returns & Refunds
Delta Mike Ltd is committed to 100% customer satisfaction!
We know that sometimes it is hard to always choose the perfect product whilst online and that is why we offer a generous exchange and refund process.
- Delta Mike Ltd is happy to honor customers with an exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase for any Delta Mike Ltd goods.
- Any customer wishing for direct exchange or refund must complete the below steps.
- All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
- The original shipping costs are not refundable, however if Delta Mike Ltd have supplied the wrong or faulty goods, we will replace or reimburse you in full.
- Any customer wishing for a direct exchange or refund must send back the purchased goods in their original and unused condition in the original packaging. Products cannot be returned if they have been engraved, modified, damaged, altered or sized.
- Any products that are returned that do not comply with original condition standards will be sent back to you at your expense.
Put a note in with the return as well as send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Your name.
- Your customer order number or copy of invoice.
- What you require from us, exchange or refund. (If exchange please specify what you require)
- Reason for exchange or refund.

Upon receiving the goods at Delta Mike premises one of our friendly team members will issue a direct exchange or refund. If your exchange requires extra payment, we will contact you.
Please allow up to 7 days for this exchange or refund to be processed.
Please note that lost or damaged in transit claims must be made to the courier company directly.
While the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair-Trading Act provide the basis for Delta Mike Ltd’s returns policy, we in fact go above and beyond the expectation of these two statutory laws.
We offer a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY on all Delta Mike Ltd’s imported brands. The limited lifetime warranty is against faulty materials, components and workmanship. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
All other products supplied by Delta Mike Ltd are vigorously tested to international standards. However, as with any products, there is always the possibility that a product may exhibit a fault, which is why we honor the extended International warranties provided by companies we represent.
If the product you have purchased has a manufacturing defect or has failed, please contact us.
Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear or failure from careless or improper use.
If the returned product is under warranty, the repair and return to you will be at our expense.
If the product is out of warranty, and we can have the product repaired, we will offer you this service and advise the cost for your consideration.
Out of Stock items
We work hard to ensure our stock level information is correct and we will not accept your order if we know your selected item is not available. However, should we be unable to fill your order, you will be notified and your credit card refunded.
