We stand behind our products and only carry gear that we have 100% confidence in. If you find that a purchase wasn’t what you were expecting, doesn’t fit your needs, or you simply aren’t happy with it, you can return it within 60 days of purchase (subject to conditions).
The Satisfaction Guarantee is in addition to any protections provided by the Consumer Guarantees Act and applies only to the original purchaser along with proof of purchase of the item directly from Delta Mike Ltd. Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover shipping costs, normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse or negligence. Products not covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee: Ammunition, Projectiles, Batteries, Firearms, Gun Powder, Primers, Liquids, Thermal/Night Vision Optics.
Items can be returned within 60 days of purchase for store credit. Returned items must be complete and in original condition with packaging. Firearms can only be returned for a refund if a repair or replacement is unavailable. If an item is to be returned due to damage on arrival or cosmetic issues, Delta Mike Ltd must be notified of the defect within 14 days of receipt of the item.
