Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the products we sell and only stock gear that we have confidence in. If your purchase is not what you expected, does not suit your needs or you simply are not happy with it, you may return it within 60 days, subject to the conditions below.
Guarantee Conditions
Original Purchaser
The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, for products purchased directly from Delta Mike Ltd.
Consumer Guarantees Act
The Satisfaction Guarantee is provided in addition to any rights and protections available under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Product Condition
Returned products must be complete and in their original condition, with all parts, accessories and original packaging intact.
Excluded Costs and Damage
The guarantee does not cover shipping costs, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation or negligence.
Eligible products may be returned within 60 days of purchase for store credit. Products must be complete, unused and in fully resellable condition with their original packaging.
Return Restrictions
Firearms
Firearms can only be returned for a refund when a suitable repair or replacement is unavailable.
Special-Order Products
Special-order and supplier-stock products cannot be returned due to a change of mind.
Damage on Arrival
Delta Mike Ltd must be notified of damage, cosmetic defects or arrival issues within 14 days of receiving the product.
Original Packaging
Product packaging must not be torn, crushed, marked or used as the shipping carton for the return. Products with packaging that must be damaged or destroyed to access the item cannot be returned once opened.
