    For firearms and firearm parts, fill in the red box areas.
     
    For the proposed delivery courier field, enter "NZ Couriers" for parts, magazines or airguns. For firearms, if you selected send to local dealer on your order, enter "Aramex". If you selected pick up from your local Mainfreight depot enter "Mainfreight".
     
    If you do not have a firearms licence and have purchased an Airgun, enter at least one form of age/ identity verification type in the blue box area.

    For firearms and parts, fill in the green box area with relevant details.
     
    For magazines, fill in the yellow box. Please note, the serial number field for magazines should be left blank.
     
    For ammunition, fill in the black area.
     
    Once you have filled out your mail-order form take it to your local police station, they will take the form, process it, and email a copy to us so we can act on it.
     
    Please note, we must receive mail-order forms from a Police email for them to be valid.

    When our warehouse staff process your order and and send a partially completed mail-order form, the attached invoice will include your serial number for your firearm.

    If you haven't received a copy of your completed form via email from the Police then neither have we. Please be patient, typically this process only takes between 1-5 days.
     
    If it has been longer than 5 days, first get in touch with your arms officer to confirm they have processed your mail-order form.

    We understand you want to get your items as fast as possible, but we are unable to speed up this process. We have good systems in place for processing completed forms, and generally we will ship orders the same day as we receive your form.

    • $7.50 flat-rate on all orders except those containing the items listed below

    • $22.50 on Firearms

    • $15.00 on Ammunition (If rural address, pick up only from courier depot)

    • $13.50 for Rural delivery (general items only)

    • $80 for a gun safe (Mainfreight depot pickup)

    • A4 size package to U.S: $50-$80

    • Reloading press to Australia: $200 - $400

    • Firearm globally: $800 - $1300 (port of entrance only)

    If you think your parcel is lost your next step is to lodge an inquiry with the relevant courier company listed below and they will attempt to locate your parcel.
     
    If the courier company cannot locate it they will contact us to initiate the claims process.

    Please note that you will receive a tracking number with your dispatch confirmation email (check carefully). These codes take about 24-hours to become live so please be patient if they don't work right way.

    If you want to check whether we can offer a price match on a product from a competitor send us a link and whatever relevant information you have.
     
    Please note the product pricing must be (1) up to date, (2) currently in stock and (3) advertised within New Zealand, to be even considered.

     

    Our systems maintain precise inventory management and website stock status is 99% accurate. On rare occasions there is a clash when customers in store are purchasing a product at the same time as an online order is going through.
     
    If you see an "In Stock" note, this means that we have physical stock available in our warehouse. By using the + button you can see up to date stock levels.
     
    If you see the status "In stock with local supplier. Ships from Delta Mike Ltd in 6-10 days", this means that our supplier currently has stock in their New Zealand warehouse and we can have at our warehouse usually within the week.
     
    If you see "Out of Stock" unfortunately we currently have no access to this product, please leave your email address in the product stock notice field and get instant update automatically when stock arrives. Note however, email notice does not currently send email notifications for supplier stocked products.

    We do not do trade-ins on firearms, but we can sell your firearm on behalf.
     
    Sell on behalf firearms must be greater than $1000 in value. The store will take a 25% commission when the firearms sells. Payment will be made 30 days after the firearm is dispatched from our store. There will be a $100 fee if the firearm is collected before sale.
     
    Send us some information on what you'd like to sell on behalf. You can submit information for multiple firearms all at once rather than filling in multiple forms.
