The UTAS 516 M4A1 brings the iconic styling of the U.S. military’s M4A1 Carbine into a New Zealand-legal straight-pull platform.

First adopted in the 1990s, the M4A1 evolved from the M16 rifle and went on to become one of the most widely used military carbines in the world. Its compact size, modular design, and proven performance have made it a favourite of military and law enforcement units for decades.

The UTAS 516 M4A1 captures the classic look and handling of the original, featuring traditional M4A1 styling and familiar AR-15 ergonomics in a manually-operated straight-pull configuration.
