RANGER PUSH BUTTON Tactical – 223 REM
The Ranger 223 Push Button ‘PB’ rifle line provides a unique shooting experience. Thanks to its popular and proven design, namely in Australia and Canada, the push button gas-operated rifle provides very consistent and reliable cycling. It is packed with features suited to a sporting rifle, including a Picatinny scope rail, detachable magazine, high visibility sights, and a factory-threaded barrel.
Australian testing has demonstrated the Ranger PB’s performance in high-volume shooting scenarios, with the rifle firing over 600 rounds without a single stoppage, underscoring its robust construction and dependable performance in the field.
After closing the bolt and pulling the trigger to fire the first round, the gas-driven system automatically ejects the spent casing and leaves the bolt locked open. To chamber the next round, simply push the button conveniently located on the tang of the receiver. This enables the spring-assisted bolt to move forward smoothly, making the rifle ready to fire again upon the next trigger pull.
This action also provides a useful safety benefit by allowing the shooter to keep their eye on the target without needing to lower the rifle to manually cycle the action.
The Tactical model features an M-LOK forend, providing superior modularity for adding torch, laser, or grip attachments, as well as improved heat dissipation from the barrel.
