The DT-PR stock is the Precision Rifle (PR) variant of Magpul’s new Dual-Tension (DT) series of carbine stocks. It features Magpul’s proprietary, patent-pending DT adjustment system, designed to mitigate play between the buffer tube and the stock, delivering a tighter fit across the entire length of pull. Designed with user comfort in mind, the DT-PR minimizes snagging of facial hair and skin where the shooter’s face contacts the stock.

With a contoured butt-pad for improved shoulder purchase and minimal collar bone interference, the DT-PR supports comfortable heads-up and heads-down shooting. The extended bottom serves as a stable contact point on squeeze bags for more precise prone shooting, while remaining suitable for dynamic tactical use. The DT-PR includes an ambidextrous, rotation-limited QD sling cup and is compatible with legacy CTR® Cheek Risers when fully extended or used with rifles without rear-facing charging handles.

Combining stability, control, and ergonomic features at a price point below most other precision stocks, the DT-PR is engineered to elevate shooter performance.
