The Kimber Rapide Scorpius 1911 Custom is a high-performance target pistol packed with precision-enhancing features and a striking design. Like all Kimber 1911s, it boasts a match-grade barrel and trigger, but the Rapide Scorpius elevates these features with a gold Titanium Nitride (TiN) finish on the barrel for improved durability and reduced friction, as well as a V-Cut trigger that breaks cleanly at 4 to 5 lbs. Its Tru-Glo TFX Day/Night sights with a high-contrast orange ring on the front sight ensure rapid target acquisition and accuracy in any lighting condition. Additional enhancements include aggressive black/gray G10 grips, stepped cocking serrations, and lightening cuts on the slide, which not only improve performance but also showcase the gold TiN barrel. A textured front strap, high undercut trigger guard, and hand-fitted KimPro-finished slide and frame provide superior grip, control, and resistance to the elements.
