Description
Mesa Tactical High Tube Stock Adapter with 9.5″ Rail for Remington 870 12ga
Mesa Tactical’s Telescoping Stock Conversion Kit replaces the standard buttstock with an adapter that accepts A.R style collapsible stocks and pistol grips. High tube conversion kits have a stock height that is designed for A.R height, rail mounted optic systems. The stock adapters are investment cast aircraft grade aluminum, CNC machined and powdercoated black with a tough, chemical resistant finish. The concept is simple: the shotgun stock is replaced by an adaptor that mimics the stock attachment point of an A.R lower receiver. This adaptor accepts an standard buffer tube (not included). The A.R collapsible stock and pistol grip (not included) can then be reliably attached to the shotgun. This kit comes with a 9.5 inch picatinny rail which screws into the top of the high tube adaptor and the screw holes in the top of the receiver. All High Tube adaptors accept push-button sling swivels. No gunsmithing is required to install. Because the stock and grip interfaces of the Mesa Tactical High-tube telescoping stock adaptor are almost identical to a real A.R rifle, this adaptor can accept almost any stock or grip combination made for the A.R. The only known limitation concerns duckbill style grips that, while they will still fit on the adaptor, would probably need to have the duckbill filed off before use.
Note: This listing is for the high-tube adapter and 9.5 inch rail. Pistol grip, buffer tube and buttstock in the photos are not included.
