Magpul MOE AKM Hand Guard AK47/AK74

The Magpul MOE AK Hand Guard is designed to fit Kalashnikov-pattern firearms, providing enhanced ergonomics and versatile M-LOK accessory mounting without adding unnecessary weight. A left-side cutout accommodates hand guard retainer plates with an integral sling loop, while the included matching vented gas tube cover maintains the traditional AK appearance. The front lip, side extensions, and stainless-steel heat shield work together to help protect your support hand during extended firing sessions.
