Mounting Hardware is Included
This mount fits: Smith & Wesson Revolver
This mount will fit K, L, N, and X frames.
The bolt pattern on this mount fits factory drilled Smith & Wesson revolvers. The mount is also available undrilled, to accommodate unconventional bolt patterns.
Swing the cylinder out on your gun and look under the top strap. If you see the holes under the sight, through the top strap, your gun is factory drilled and tapped. Our mount fits snugly into the rear sight cut and has a recoil shoulder, unlike some mounts that are simply radiused to fit the top radius and do not go into the rear sight cut.
If your top strap is not already drilled and tapped (pictured above), the mount will not work with your gun. You can have a competent and qualified gunsmith drill and tap the top strap with the standard S&W hole pattern which will allow you to use our mount.
