Description
BCM Compensator Mod 3 – 7.62
Based on feedback from gunfighters, industry professionals, and Bravo Company Manufacturing (BCM) customers, BCM developed a new generation of compensators designed to reduce recoil, muzzle rise, flash signature, noise, and lateral pressure for tactical applications. The BCM® Compensator Mod 3-7.62 delivers enhanced control and performance while minimizing the side effects commonly associated with traditional muzzle brakes and compensators.
Features:
- Tuned slots and ports provide recoil mitigation, muzzle rise compensation, and flash reduction.
- Dual-action brake minimizes side pressure and is designed to produce less noise than typical compensators.
- Nitride-treated steel construction for maximum corrosion and wear resistance.
- Includes a crush washer for installation.
- Compatible with 5/8×24 threaded barrels for 7.62mm AR-10 platforms and many .300 AAC Blackout barrels.
- 7.62mm version of the BCM® Compensator Mod 3 (5.56).
- Professional installation by a qualified armorer is recommended.

Important Information:
Rifle muzzle devices operate in an extremely harsh environment where high-temperature, high-velocity combustion gases, unburnt powder, and metal particles pass through the compensator during firing. Over time, these conditions naturally cause erosion and wear to the internal surfaces. This is a normal characteristic of steel muzzle devices and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
