GEMINI CHOKE MOBIL 12G IPROVED MODIFIED EXTENDED
Gemini Choke 12G Mobil Extended Improved Modified (274577) is the perfect choice for those looking for a product of the highest performance level with a minimum weight in sport shooting. It is made of 42CrMo4 alloy steel, 17-4 PH stainless steel, and Ti 6AI-4V (grade 5) titanium, and is subjected to Nickel-plating (for internal choke tubes) or Nickel-plating+DLC (for all other models). It fits Franchi, Stoeger 2000/3000, earlier model Beretta & Benelli, Ranger M5, Dickinson, most Turkish guns.
Features:
- Grinding + lapping, and finally the surface treatments:Â “niplate” (nickel HV 500) for the interior pieces to avoid oxidation and low friction, chroming / burnishing for external pieces and internal / external pieces, and DLC (diamond like carbon) coating.
- Turning and milling operations, performed for the production of Gemini choke tubes, are carried out using modern numerical control machines, very precise and reliable machinery.
- The pieces, once finished, are subjected to Nickel-plating (for internal choke tubes) or Nickel-plating+DLC (for all other models).
- 17-4 PH stainless steel is suitable for achieving an excellent balance between mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
- Ti 6AI-4V (grade 5) titanium features high strength (900-1200 N/mm²) combined with an absolutely light weight, good formability and high corrosion resistance.

Use Instructions:
- Ensure firearm is unloaded before fitting chokes.
- Check chokes for any damage to internal and external surfaces and thread.
- Do not attempt to use a damaged choke.
- Always make sure choke is screwed in tight to ensure no gas leakage between barrel and choke.
- Routine maintenance should include cleaning after removing and refitting using a good quality high temperature grease.
