      IMPORTANT: Because of the extensive time and costs involved in testing optics sent for repair or return, Delta Mike Ltd charge's $200 for any optics found to be in proper working condition. So far, all optics returned due to zeroing problems have been identified as mounting-related issues.

      I understand that if no fault is found with the firearm, or the firearm is brought into normal working condition with simple cleaning, lubrication, basic adjustment or correct ammunition for the firearm type, a $180 fee will be charged to cover our costs of firearm testing, handling and return shipping.

      IMPORTANT: Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear of consumable parts including but not limited to, springs, extractors, and barrels, or damage resulting from negligence such as overtightening screws/bolts or incorrect assembly.
